Why is this playstation 2 game not loading?
my brothers playstation 2 game has trouble loading. At first the game would not play the intro music or show some pictures in the background and not load. You can’t go anywhere with this game because you can’t load anything. not 2 player, career, or anything. There were a whole lot of scratches on it so we went to hastings to get it buffed. it helped a lot! It fixed all of the problems but the loading problem. So is his game pretty much screwed? Or can he do something to fix this loading problem? He says he has already tried to increase the speed of the playstation driver but it did not work.
check the little middle ring of of the disc, if there are any scratches on that then you are screwed. Also check the top of the game where the art is on the disc, if the art is scratched and you can see the disc under the artwork it will not work.
