Return policy for Xbox 360 consoles with games inside them, for walmart?

I purchased a Xbox 360 modern warfare edition console 33 days ago and i the console keeps randomly freezing up all the time, i want to take it back and get my money back! Can i return it? The console came with a game inside of it that i opened, Will they take it back the console anyways?

Most stores only have a 30 day return policy. You’re past that so Walmart doesn’t have to give you a full refund.

Call MS to get it fixed.
